Views of sections of the Roman aqueduct which brought water from Divonne les Bains, in neighboring France (a distance of about 6 miles/10 km.) to Nyon, on the shores of Lake Léman (the Lake of Geneva).
Nyon had a substantial Roman settlement and lots of ruins still are often found. The aqueduct is well-known.

This section is in an area where huge apartment develop will be built, and nearly all of the aqueduct here will be buried or removed, perhaps leaving a section in an open space for people to see later.
